Smart and Skilled is a government-funded training initiative that provides eligible individuals with the opportunity to enrol in "fee-free" courses aimed at improving their employability and facilitating progress in their careers.
Intertain is a leading supplier in NSW of transport industry training. Intertrain in partnership with Training Services NSW, are able to offer the TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations through the Smart and Skilled scheme, ensuring accessible, high-quality education for skill development and job opportunities.
Through Smart and Skilled, Intertrain can offer traineeships for the TLI31222 Certificate III in Driving Operations under the Australian Apprenticeship Program to eligible employers. A traineeship offers employer benefits such as:
You may be eligible for Smart and Skilled funding if you:
• are aged 15 years or older
• have left school
• live or work in New South Wales
• are an Australian citizen, permanent resident, humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen
For New Entrant Traineeships:

Intertrain Pty Ltd must carry out a preliminary notification of enrolment with the NSW Department of Education which determines student eligibility and program fees.
This process consists of the following:
*Note: The Notification of Enrolment process must be completed prior to any training commencement and successfully completing the process will result in the issuance of a Commitment ID.
Once the Commitment ID is issued, the remainder of Intertrain’s onboarding and enrolment will proceed.
